How a job runs

We look before anything extra gets added to the bill.

1. Tell us what's wrong. Pick a service and pay the deposit, or send a quote with your postcode first. The visit date gets agreed afterwards — paying doesn't book a calendar slot on its own.
2. One visit, up to four hours. That's what the deposit pays for. If your list fits inside it, there's nothing more to pay.
3. Only quoted work gets added. Remaining amount = quoted extra labour + quoted extra materials, and only if you say yes. Say no and the deposit still covers what was done.
