Room Decoration Finish
From £380.00
Plaster's up, or old paper's stripped, and the room still isn't one you'd photograph. We fill, make good and paint the walls or ceilings you point us at, inside the visit.
Typical of this job
- Rooms with patch-filled walls that were never actually painted
- Ceilings or walls needing a finish coat before furniture goes back in
- Surfaces left rough after other trades, ready for paint
After the visit
If the house isn't fully closed out in one visit, we confirm paint and any extra rooms in writing before going further.
Price
£380.00 is for one decoration visit, up to four hours, on the surfaces you've told us about. A full-house redecoration is usually more than that — you'd get a written quotation for the rest, and only pay it if you accept; the £380.00 isn't lost either way.
Guide price: from £16.00 per m²
Decoration is one of the few jobs here that genuinely scales with m² — two coats on prepared plaster takes roughly the same time per square metre wherever it is. One average room (around 20–24 m² of wall) usually fits inside the £380 visit. A whole house will run past four hours — ask for a quote first.
Indicative only, not a quote. If this comes out higher than the £380.00 visit deposit below, request a quote instead of paying the flat deposit.
